CU@home® On the Phone TIPSTransfer money by phone any time. Use CU@home On the Phone for balances, transfers, and payments – any time, any day.
1. Speak to a member service representative to get a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for accessing your accounts by phone.
2. Call (505) 293-0500 or (800) 947-5328. Press 1 immediately. Enter your account number > # > your PIN > #.
3. Checking Information Shortcuts
- Last 5 transactions: 1 > 1 > 1
- Last 5 withdrawals: 1 > 1 > 2
- Last 5 deposits to checking: 1 > 1 > 3
- Last 5 withdrawals, excluding checks: 1 > 1 > 6
- Last 5 checks cleared: 1 > 1 > 2 > 2
- Last 5 check card withdrawals: 1 > 1 > 2 > 3
- Last 5 ATM withdrawals: 1 > 1 > 2 > 4
- Last 5 BillPayer withdrawals: 1 > 1 > 2 > 5
- To hear five more of any item: *
Note: If you have multiple checking accounts (numbered 90-01, 90-02, etc.) you will be asked to enter the type and suffix of the checking account you wish to hear about.
4. Savings Information Shortcuts
- 1 > 2 > 00 > 01 (In this example, 00 indicates savings account type, and the 01 suffix indicates it is your first savings account. You may have multiple savings account numbered 00-02, 00-03, etc.)
- Last 5 transactions: 1
- Last 5 withdrawals: 2
- Last 5 deposits: 3
- Transfer funds within your account or pay your SLFCU credit card bill: 2 > 1
- Transfer funds to a different SLFCU account: 2 > 2
Note: You will be prompted to enter the type and suffix or credit card number of the account to transfer from, then for the type and suffix or credit card number of the account where the funds should go. You will have an opportunity to verify each step before transferring funds.
