Special events for kids, teens and adults.

We offer activities, workshops and seminars for kids, teens and adults throughout the year.

Check out our activities, workshop and seminar notices on the home page and in the Kids and Teens section of the website.  MEMBERS Financial Services hosts monthly workshops throughout the year.  The CU Succeed Program offers teen workshops. And SLFCU holds Home Buyers and Car Buyers Workshops as well.

Coronado Thunderbirds
The Coronado Thunderbirds will hold their monthly meeting on January 12. A business meeting will be followed by a talk by Brig. Gen. Everett Thomas, Commander, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center on Kirtland AFB. The Center is the steward and logistics manager for the Air Force nuclear arsenal. This meeting is free for visitors.

Coronado Thunderbirds
On February 9, the Coronado Thunderbirds, a club for all retirees, will meet at the Mountain View Club for a business meeting followed by a talk by Tom Joles, co-anchor of Eyewitness News 4 on KOB-TV. Mr. Joles, a winner of Emmy Awards for writing and reporting, will speak on the topic of "TV News and Its Importance to Albuquerque".  This meeting is free for visitors.
